This guide helps customers use the SalesHub Client Panel to place orders, track transactions, and manage their account effectively. The SalesHub platform provides a seamless experience for both in-stock purchases and pre-orders.

2. Accessing the Client Panel
Follow these simple steps to access your client dashboard:
- Open the SalesHub login page
- Enter your registered username and password
- Access your personalized dashboard
Tip: If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset it securely.
3. Client Dashboard Overview
From the dashboard, clients can access all essential features:
Profile Information
View and update your account details and preferences
Orders & Pre-Orders
Check status of all your orders and pre-orders
Invoices & Statements
Access and download your financial documents
Payment Tracking
Monitor your payment history and status
4. Placing an Online Order (In-Stock Items)
Ordering in-stock items is quick and easy:
- Navigate to the Online Store
- Browse and select available items
- Add desired items to your cart
- Proceed to Checkout
- Your order will appear as a Draft Order

5. Placing a Pre-Order
Pre-orders allow you to reserve items that are not currently in stock:
- Navigate to the Pre-Order Store
- Select items not currently in stock
- Add items to your cart
- Proceed to Checkout
- Your pre-order will appear in your Pre-Order list
Note: Pre-orders will be fulfilled once the items become available. You will receive notifications about stock availability and order updates.
6. Tracking Orders
Stay informed about your order status at every stage:
- View order status: Draft, Confirmed, or Fulfilled
- Receive real-time updates as items move through the process
- Access detailed order history from your dashboard
